I'm new to this. Can I get some help?
Yes of course. Every part of the process is simple and straightforward but there are walk-through videos available after you register and log in, and these will guide you through the process. Is it Legal?
Yes, Copy Trading is legal providing the brokerage is Regulated. Radex Markets is a trading style of GO Markets International Ltd and Regulated in their Offshore jurisdiction but they are also under the umbrella of GO Markets' Australian parent company which is Licensed and Regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. In essence, instead of you having to buy our software to trade your account, you are electing to copy the same trades that it generates on our account, and just as if you had the same software hosted on your own computer you have the ability to switch it off whenever you wish without any input from our end. We will never ask you to send us any money, nor will we ever ask for your account login details. We are not managing your money, we are managing OUR money and you can, at entirely your own discretion, elect to copy these trades by independently accessing the service via the broker's website. We are not any part of the process, your relationship is with the broker and other trade copying options are available to you on their site. If you choose to copy our trades it is done with no contact or permissions required, and you are entirely in control, including the ability to detach your account from copying as and when you see fit. Of course, the guarantee only applies when you elect to copy OUR trading offering :-)

I'm in the US, can I participate?
We have a separate facility for US clients because our broker of choice cannot offer accounts to US clients and therefore we can't offer our profit guarantee. For alternative options for US traders, please get in touch

Who are you?
A group of industry professionals with 63 years of combined experience in trading, both institutionally and at retail level. We have now come together to create a new Company, Cupola Mildon Ltd led by our Founder and Head of Trading, Tom Thorpe, and using the trading style "Alien FX". 

Why is Radex Markets your choice of broker?
We have traded with them since the day they started, having also worked with their ASIC-Regulated parent "GO Markets" for several years before that. In our opinion they have proved themselves consistently reliable and we will remain with them until or unless that opinion changes. It's really useful to have developed personal contacts on the inside at both Radex and GO Markets because it means we can get things done or get rapid resolution of any issues we might have from time to time. 

Can I use my own account at a different broker?
Not with the guarantee, no. We can offer a trade copying solution which will work with any broker, but the guarantee would not apply. Contact us if you would like to discuss the options available

Will I pay tax on my profits?
We are traders and as such we are not in a position to offer tax advice. If you have any concerns please contact an Accountant or Tax Adviser

How much money will I make?
It is impossible to say, beyond the guarantee period. We will be offering alternatives to the main strategy which might have varying levels of potential risk or reward and besides this we have no crystal ball and so we are reliant on market conditions and the volatility of the instruments we trade. In short, we can't guarantee anything beyond the initial 90 day period but we don't see any reason to suspect our strong performance will not continue

I logged in at the weekend and can't see any prices moving. Why?
The Forex, Indices and Gold markets all close at the weekend so everything appears to be "frozen" on the platform until the market re-opens late on Sunday night (UK time). We are developing a crypto trading solution which can trade 24/7 but for the moment this is a Monday to Friday program. You can of course still access trading history etc from your Metatrader 4 platform even at the weekend
